These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Urbaneride and our customers via the website.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

We reserve the right to reject orders.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and Sofort bank transfer.

The total price, including any shipping costs, will be displayed before completing the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Germany.

The standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

In case of delivery delays, we will notify you immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Urbaneride is only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts that violate these terms.

10. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is our registered office in Sehlem.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Changes will not apply retroactively.
