At Urbaneride, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the right to request a refund. This refund policy explains the conditions and procedure.

2. Right of Withdrawal

3. Requirements for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

4. Items Excluded from Refunds
The following items cannot be refunded:

• Items on sale or discounted (unless required by law).

• Items that have been custom-made or personalized.

• Opened or used batteries and electronic accessories.

5. Return and Refund Process

• Contact: Send us an email at contact@electrobikeride.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

• Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a return authorization number along with the return address.

• Shipping the Items: Send the items back to the provided address. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

• Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the condition of the returned items.

• Refund: If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund.
